This coalition was created of necessity, and now exists from sheer will to change the malicious and intrusive CPS organization laws. The members of this coalition are dedicated to the reform of the Child Welfare Laws and Abuse Enforcement Laws while lobbying for true reform. Our mission is a common yet not simple one.

Our credo is that of Mr. Benjamin Franklin:

"To give up liberty, even for temporary safety, is to say that you deserve not liberty or safety!"

That being said, please note that although you may meet lawyers, representatives and contacts of government, we are not judicial officers or lawyers here. The posts and letters you may receive as well as the information presented may be of use to you, but carries no guarantee of proper. We post the law, and if you work within it, you will find many things that you can do and use to win your case, but no official or representative of this site is or can be held accountable for the information presented within.

Thus being, we will fight to disallow any and all intrusion by State and Local authorities upon our homes, our lives and especially our children. A war is being fought, however distant from the minds of the republic of our country, on our own home front, in our own homeland. The one place our government solidly guarantees us safety from outside harm, they purposely and maliciously allow within our walls.

The uniting of our people in the cause against the kidnappers of our nation can and will cease the fire upon our children. The violators of our civil rights shall be brought to justice, and compensation for their aggressions shall be sought.

In a war most of the world had decidedly thought was a tyrant overtaking a lesser country for profit, we supported our President as a country in removal of evil dictatorships in Iraq, and now we need to band together to rid these monsters from within the walls of our own confines. We have risen to fight every war in history as a unit, now we must fight the most important war of all.....the war against our rights and families!

This site is in its infancy and will be updated daily to bring it to full format. A database will be included to make searches easier for the common parent or accused to find laws to help their case.
